To be eligible to play or cheer for SJCYFC you must:

• July 31 - Ages of 7 and 15 and in 8th grade or less
  
• Have at least a 2.0 GPA
  (or agree to obtain a waiver from your school and be on academic probation) 
  
• Participate in our Community "Giving Back" Program
  
• Participate in at least one fundraiser each season 
  
• Complete the season barring any injury or illness

Player or cheerleader must be present at registration to complete registration process.

In addition to the above forms, please bring the following:

2 copies of birth certificate
1x1 photo (school photo fine)
proof of residency (2 forms such as Driver's Licence, utility bills, etc.)
NOTE: Latest Report Card will be required at the beginning of practice each season.
